Who will be cleaning my home?

Bedford Maid values your time and space and provides highly trained cleaning professionals for all appointments. Your assigned team member will not eat, drink, smoke or operate appliances while inside your home or office.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Absolutely not. In fact, most of our customers prefer not to be present when we clean!

What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?

If you have pets, we ask that you prevent them from entering the areas that we clean. For sanitary and safety reasons our maids are not permitted to clean flea infested spaces or pick up animal excrement.

What COVID-19 Safety precautions are you taking?

Bedford Maid Cleaners are trained and certified to provide cleaning and COVID-19 disinfecting services in accordance with CDC, EPA and OSHA guidelines. In addition to following COVID-19 disinfecting guidelines, each team member is required to do the following:

  1. Wear a mask at all times

  2. Wear gloves at all times

  3. Practice appropriate social distancing (6 feet minimum distance)

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?

We provide all cleaning equipment and products. If you have a special cleaning product that you would like for us to use, please be sure to contact us in advance, so that we can properly instruct our maids.

How do I pay for my cleaning appointment?

After booking your appointment online or on the Bedford Maid app, payment is collected via Stripe Payments processor, where all major credit cards are accepted.

Do you charge by the hour?

We DO NOT charge by the hour, nor do we pay our staff by the hour. Instead we charge based on pre-made service packages. This ensures our ability to provide quality services at an affordable rate and inspires our staff to do their best.

Is there a Money-Back guarantee?

Yes! In special circumstances, we may determine it's appropriate to offer a full refund due to a maid's absence, unfinished work, or unacceptable behavior. If you did not enjoy your experience with us, send us an email or add your review to our website and we will contact you immediately.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes! It's easy, just send us an email with the details and we'll get back to you with more information.

Do you offer routine or weekly cleaning?

Yes! We like to call that our "Complete Peace of Mind" package. If you need commercial cleaning services or the home is more than 4,000sqft, contact us for a custom plan. View plans and pricing.
