Our multi-step cleaning checklist includes cleaning and disinfecting of high touch surfaces using EPA approved, hospital-grade cleaning solutions. (high touch surfaces include, but are not limited to: tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, remote controls, toilets, faucets and sinks)

Common Living Areas (including Hallways and Stairs)

• Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened

• Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates

• Ceilings fans dusted (height restrictions apply)

• Lamps cleaned and shades dusted

• Picture frames dusted

• Furniture dusted - on top, on front and underneath

• Hardwood floors vacuumed and/or washed

• Tile floors vacuumed and/or washed

• Hallways and stairs vacuumed and/or washed

• Carpets vacuumed

• Windowsills cleaned (blinds dusted upon request)

• Baseboards dusted

• Trash emptied

• General straightening completed

Kitchen

• Major appliance exteriors cleaned & disinfected

• Microwave exterior/interior cleaned & disinfected

• Countertops and backsplash cleaned & disinfected
(all items removed and replaced)

• Sinks cleaned and disinfected (dishes upon request)

• Floors swept and mopped

• Windowsills cleaned (blinds dusted upon request)

• Baseboards dusted

• Trash emptied

Bedrooms

• Beds made (linens changed upon request)

• Lamps cleaned and shades dusted

• Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates

• Picture frames dusted

• Furniture dusted - top, front and underneath

• Floors vacuumed and/or washed (under bed if accessible)

• Windowsills cleaned (blinds dusted upon request)

• Baseboards dusted

• Trash emptied

• Mirrors cleaned

• General straightening completed

Bathrooms

• Mirrors cleaned

• Toilets cleaned and disinfected inside and out

• Tub and shower tiles cleaned and disinfected

• Chrome fixtures cleaned and disinfected

• Countertops cleaned and disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

• Cabinet fronts cleaned

• Sinks cleaned and disinfected

• Floors vacuumed and/or washed

• Windowsills cleaned (blinds dusted upon request)

• Fingerprints removed from door frames and switch plates

• Baseboards dusted

• Trash emptied

Outdoor Patio

• Tables cleaned and chairs straightened

• Furniture dusted - top, front and underneath

• Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened

• Countertops cleaned and disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

• Sinks cleaned and disinfected

• Patio appliances dusted and disinfected

• Floors swept (patio tiles cleaned)

• Fingerprints removed from sliding doors and handles
• Pool toys disinfected and put away

• Trash emptied

• Mirrors cleaned

• General straightening completed
